Interested in joining MOTH Lab?
I am always happy to hear from motivated students interested in insects, ecology, remote sensing, image processing, artificial intelligence, biodiversity monitoring or field-based natural history.
I particularly welcome enquiries from potential interns who can commit for six months or more. Longer internships are especially useful because many of our projects involve fieldwork, image organisation, data cleaning, computational workflows and careful ecological interpretation.
I am also keen to hear from potential postdoctoral researchers interested in co-developing ideas and applying for external funding together.
